Order Processing

Your order will be processed and shipped within 24 hours. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your package is on its way. During peak seasons and holidays, processing may take up to 7 business days.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your package is with the carrier, it's outside our direct control. If your package goes missing:

  2. Contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number
  3. Email us at support@instrel.com - we'll help coordinate with the carrier
  4. File a police report if theft is suspected

While lost/stolen packages fall outside our refund policy, we'll work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue whenever possible.
