Instrel Refund Policy

At Instrel, we are committed to providing you with compression socks that help reduce leg fatigue, swelling, and discomfort during your long days. We believe in the effectiveness of our products and recommend wearing them for at least 14 days to experience their full benefits. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase after 14 days and within our 60-Day Comfort Guarantee period, please contact us at support@instrel.com.

Cancellation Policy

Order changes or cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. After this timeframe, your order will have entered our fulfillment process and we may not be able to accommodate changes. If you successfully cancel within 24 hours, we'll process your refund within 7 business days.

60-Day Comfort Guarantee

We're confident Instrel socks will make a difference in how your legs feel. We encourage you to wear them for at least 14 days to experience the full benefits of graduated compression. If you're still not satisfied, you may return them anytime after day 14, within the 60-day guarantee period. Please note that original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team through our Contact Us page or email us directly at support@instrel.com. To expedite your return, please include your Order Number or the Name and Email Address used for your purchase.

Damaged Items

We carefully package every order to prevent shipping damage. An item is considered damaged if it has a manufacturing defect or is physically broken. Cosmetic packaging damage (dented boxes, etc.) with the product intact is not considered damage.

If your socks arrive damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery. Email us at support@instrel.com with a clear photo of the damage. We'll review and determine eligibility for a free replacement. We cannot refund, replace, or accept returns for normal wear and tear or misuse.

Shipping and Delivery

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, we cannot be held responsible for shipping delays outside our control, including courier delays, customs processing, or other shipping-related issues. If you experience delivery problems, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they've left our facility.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address isn't reported within 24 hours of ordering, we cannot provide a replacement or refund for undelivered packages.
